Julian Lenz

Oct. 17, 2013

Baylor men’s tennis players, Julian Lenz and Vince Schneider, both lost in the second round of the Futures of Mansfield Men’s $15K main draw Thursday at the Walnut Creek Country Club.

The pair of Bears both earned their way into the main draw by winning three qualifying matches. They had then picked up a win in the main draw’s first round on Wednesday.

However, the run did not continue for the 38th-ranked Lenz as he fell to sixth-seeded Joshua Milton of Great Britain, 6-0, 6-4.

Schneider, a freshman, also lost in straight sets, falling to Australia’s Andrew Harris, 6-3, 6-3.
