TEMPE, Ariz. – Baylor men's tennis had four players ranked in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's fall rankings, released by the ITA Tuesday afternoon.
Junior Johannes Schretter came in at No. 11 while sophomore Bjoern Petersen was listed at No. 64 in the singles rankings. Meanwhile in doubles, the junior tandem of Schretter and Will Little is ranked No. 2, and freshmen Sven Lah and Roy Smith are No. 40 nationally.
In the fall, Little and Schretter went a combined 5-2 in doubles play, earning a berth to the inaugural Oracle ITA National Fall Championships with a semifinal appearance at the ITA All-American Championships in October.
Lah and Smith went 2-1 in doubles play together, combining for two wins at the ITA All-American Championships.
In singles, Schretter went 9-5 and was a singles semifinalist at the Oracle ITA Masters and finalist the ITA Texas Regionals. Petersen went 1-1 in singles action after earning a wildcard to the Oracle ITA National Fall Championships.
