As a freshman (2000-01): Sat out last season as a medical redshirt after suffering a stress fracture in her right leg.

Before Baylor: Participated in both basketball and volleyball at Austin’s Westlake High School...Coached by Cathy Self in basketball...Earned honorable mention all-district honors as a freshman and named first-team all-district as a sophomore, junior and senior...Named all-region three times, all-state twice...Earned academic all-district accolades all four years...Played in the TGCA and TABC all-star games after senior season...Named by the Austin American-Statesman to their All-Centex team...Averaged 17.2 points, 6.7 rebounds a game as a senior, also maintained a .611 field goal percentage and .881 free throw mark...Averaged 17.1 points and 6.9 rebounds a game the last three seasons of high school.
