• Griner's 14 rebounds were a season-high. With 1,022 career boards, she moved up to No. 3 on BU's all-time rebounding list, tied with Jackie Reiter (1980-84) and moved ahead of Maggie Davis-Stinnett's 1,011.
• With three blocks today, Griner now has a Big 12 record 617 career blocks; 46 shy of Louella Tomlinson's (Saint Mary's [Calif.]) NCAA DI record of 663.
