Odyssey Sims scored a career-high 47 points, which is the 3rd-highest single-game total in school history behind Brittney Griner's 50 (vs. K-State, March 4, 2013), and Mary Lowry's school record of 54 (vs. Texas, 2/16/94). Sims' 47 tied for 2nd-highest (behind Griner's 50) in Big 12 history with Alicia Thompson (Texas Tech) who scored 47 against Texas, Feb. 5, 1997.
• Sims' previous career high was 37 points, scored her freshman season against OU (Feb. 27, 2011).
• Sims' 17 field goals made ties for 5th-highest on Baylor's single-game record list and is tied for 6th in Big 12 players along with nine other players.
• Sims' 33 field goal attempts were the second-highest total in school history (Maggie Dais Stinnett, vs. Texas State, 12/13/86) and tied for the 5th highest total in Big 12 history.
• Sims tied her career high with 15 free-throw attempts; she made 12.
• Sims surpassed the 30-point mark for the third time this season and the fourth time in her career.
• Sims extended her streak of double-digit scoring to 18 games. Sims was last held to single-digits against UCONN, Feb. 18 when she had nine.
• Sims' 47 points gave her 9-straight games with at least 20 points dating back to last year's NCAA Tournament game with Louisville; and it marks the 26th time in her career she's passed the 20-point mark in a game.
• Sims now has 81 career games in double figures and has led the team in points 20 times in her career.
