Kim Mulkey's interview on ICONS OF COACHING airs on Oct. 1.

WACO, Texas - FOX Sports Southwest has launched an interview series, ICONS OF COACHING, and Baylor women's basketball head coach Kim Mulkey is one of 11 subjects, and the only woman, featured in the series, Mulkey's interview with veteran sports broadcaster Dave Barnett will debut on Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m. (CT).

ICONS OF COACHING will cover a variety of topics, subjects normally discussed by coaches behind closed doors. The 30-minute programs will showcase the best head coaches and managers who have made a difference in their sport, discussing their greatest moments and what makes them successful.

The series debuted on August 20 with Texas football coach Mack Brown, followed by SMU men's basketball coach Larry Brown and Rice baseball coach Wayne Graham. Completing the series are conversations with United States gymnastics coach Bela Karoly, former Los Angeles Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda, former Oklahoma and Dallas Cowboys head coach Barry Switzer, Duke and United States men's basketball coach Mike Kryzewski, former NBA coach Lenny Wilkens and former Oklahoma State and Dallas Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson. In addition a special tribute to legendary UCLA men's basketball coach John Wooden will air on Dec. 10.

ICONS OF COACHING will air on FOX Sports Southwest, FOX Sports Oklahoma and FOX Sports New Orleans, which combined reach over 10 million cable and satellite television households in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
