EQ Closes Fall Schedule at TCU

SPRINGTOWN, Texas – No. 9 Baylor equestrian (1-3, 0-1 Big 12) will face No. 7 TCU (2-3) on Friday, Nov. 3, at 10 a.m. at Turning Point Ranch, about 30 miles northwest of Fort Worth.

The meet will be the second Big 12 conference event of the 2017-18 season for the Bears and the first for TCU.

The Bears are coming off a 15-4 road loss against No. 3 Auburn on Saturday, Oct. 21.

TCU is coming off a 16-3 loss against Texas A&M (5-1) in College Station, following a 12-6 home loss versus Georgia.

The Frogs will be facing the Bears for the first time since TCU’s 9-7 triumph over BU in the quarterfinals of the NCEA National Championship last April. TCU advanced to the semifinals, losing to Texas A&M, 16-0.

Following Friday's competition, the Bears will face off against Texas at 10 am on Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Willis Family Equestrian Center in a hunt seat-only exhibition.
