No. 7 Equestrian Hosts Fresno State

Nov. 8, 2012

The No. 7 Baylor equestrian team (3-3) will look to snap a three-match losing streak Friday beginning at Noon against Fresno State (0-1) at the Willis Family Equestrian Center.

"Every time we ride our young team gets more experience that we can use come spring," head coach Ellen White said. "I think we just need to keep getting better and if we do that, the results will come."

The Bears are coming off a heartbreaking 14-10 loss to No. 1 Georgia after being tied through three events.

The Bulldogs opened their season on Thursday with a 9-3 loss at SMU.

The two squads last met on Feb. 25, 2012 in Athens, Ga., with Baylor capturing a 9-8 win.

Admission is free and open to the public.
