The Baylor women's golf team will travel to Las Cruces, N.M., to play in the 2003 Price's Give 'Em Five Intercollegiate Oct. 6-8 at New Mexico State's University Golf Course.
The 15-team field includes host school New Mexico State, Baylor, Kansas State, Florida State, LSU, North Texas, Hawaii, Northern Arizona, San Jose State, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Texas-El Paso, Arkansas-Little Rock, Western New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas Tech.
The University Golf Course is a 6,303-yard, par-72 course situated in Las Cruces. The course has four par-5, ten par-4 and four par-3 holes.
Baylor won the Give 'Em Five Intercollegiate last year, defeating host team New Mexico State by two strokes. The Bears are coming off a 12th-place finish at the University of New Mexico's Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M. Senior Kelli McKandless was Baylor's top finisher, carding rounds of 83-72 -77 (232) to tie for 35th.
