WACO, Texas - The Baylor women's golf team will travel to Palm Harbor, Fla., to participate in the adidias Fall Invitational, hosted by Notre Dame, Sunday-Tuesday, Oct. 19-21.

The 14-team field includes the University of Arkansas-Little Rock, Baylor, Dartmouth, University of Denver, Eastern Michigan University, Iowa State, James Madison University, Kansas State, Missouri, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oral Roberts, Toledo and the College of William & Mary.

The Bears placed first out of 11 teams in this tournament last year, shooting a 899 over three rounds. The Bears will play 18 holes each day at the 5,844-yard, 72-par Lansbrook Golf Club.

The Bears are coming from a second-place finish at Price's Give 'Em Five Invitational hosted by New Mexico State. They shot rounds of 301-303-286 (890), and senior Michaelyn Morgan was Baylor's top finisher in a tie for second (219).

On the season, sophomore Josefin Svenningsson leads with Bears with a 75.22 stroke average and two top-ten finishes this fall. Seniors Kelli McKandless and Michaelyn Morgan are each averaging 76.11, freshman Anna Rehnholm averages 76.56 and sophomore Erin Bradford is averaging 77.3.
