WACO, Texas - To wrap up a three-match road stretch, the 20th-ranked Baylor soccer team will travel to 25th-ranked West Virginia (9-3-3, 5-0-0) on Friday, before visiting defending Big 12 champion Oklahoma State (10-4-1, 1-3-1) on Sunday.

The Bears (11-1-2, 2-0-1) will be facing the Mountaineers for the first time in program history. The match is slated for a 6 p.m. (CT) start at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium in Morgantown, W. Va. Sunday's tussle with OSU will be at 4 p.m. from the Cowgirl Soccer Complex in Stillwater, Okla. and will be nationally televised on ESPNU.

Quick Notes
• Baylor faces its second ranked opponent of the season on Friday in No. 25 West Virginia. The Bears lost to 15th-ranked Long Beach State, 2-1 (2OT), in their only other match with a ranked foe.

• Overall, BU is undefeated in its last 10 games dating back to that loss at Long Beach State.

• After downing Texas Tech on Friday, BU is 2-0-1 in Big 12 play. It is the first time Baylor has been undefeated in its opening three Big 12 games since 1998.

• This season on the road, Baylor is 5-1-2, which is the most wins on the road since 1999. Under the direction of head coach Marci Jobson, BU is 15-17-8 in road contests. The best season on the road for the program came in 1996 with an 8-1 record.

• Baylor currently leads the Big 12 in every offensive statistical category: shots (316, 22.57), points (103, 7.36), goals (37), goals per game (2.64), assists (29) and assists per game (2.07).

• Baylor has outshot its opposition by a 316-83 margin in its 14 games this fall. The Bears are averaging 22.57 shots per contest with 41.8 percent of those coming on goal.

• On the defensive end, Baylor has allowed the fewest goals (7) and has the best goals against average (0.48) in the league. The Bears also lead the Big 12 with nine shutouts in 14 games, giving them a shutout percentage of .643.

• Baylor is one of only two teams in nation to be top 15 in scoring offense (13th, 2.64 gpg), goals against average (10th, .477) & shutout percentage (8th, 64.3%).

• A total of 17 Baylor players have at least two points on the season, while 15 have at least one goal and 13 have one assist.

• At 11-1-2, BU is off to its best start during Jobson's tenure and the second best start in school history. In each of the last three seasons, the Bears have opened at least 6-1-1.The best start in program history came in 1996 when Baylor began the year 12-1-1.

• After its double overtime win last week at Texas Tech, Baylor is up to No. 20 in the National Soccer Coaches Association and the Soccer America polls. BU is also ranked No. 21 in the Soccer Times poll, while placing 17th in the rankings. In's projection of the NCAA Championship field, Baylor is No. 20. In the third edition of the NCAA RPI rankings, the Bears are still the top Big 12 team at No. 15.
