Baylor, UT-Arlington, Texas A&M and SMU will be the four teams looking to advance from the first and second round of the NCAA Championships.
In first round action, SMU and Texas A&M will face each other in the first matchup. In the second matchup, Baylor will face UT-Arlington from the Southland Conference.
FIRST ROUND - Saturday, May 9
11 a.m. - #23 SMU def #39 Texas A&M, 4-1
2 p.m. - #4 Baylor def. UT Arlington, 4-0
SECOND ROUND - Sunday, May 10
2 p.m. - #23 SMU vs. #4 Baylor
UT-Arlington enters the NCAA tournament with an 14-6 overall record after sweeping through the Southland Conference regular season undefeated and cruising past UTSA, 4-0, in the SLC Championship final. No. 23 SMU holds a 27-2 record this season and is riding a 17-match winning streak after claiming its first-ever Conference USA title. No. 39 Texas A&M enters the tournament with a 14-10 record, coming off a 4-2 loss to Texas in the semifinals of the Big 12 Tournament.
