TOP QUOTE #1
"We have had minimal time with these guys on a tennis court and unfortunately it showed. They did a good job managing the game, but we are looking forward to getting back and working with them in practice. All four girls did a good job competing, but we just aren't match-tough yet. We need to reduce our errors and make sure we aren't giving points away." - Baylor associate head Alison Ojeda
TOP QUOTE #2
"Makenzie (Craft) has been part of our program for only a few weeks and she did an unbelievable job being coachable. For her to come in and buy in to what we are trying to teach her was incredible. As a matter of fact, everyone was very coachable today. They listened very well. We just need some more time to work with them." - Baylor associate head Alison Ojeda
Baylor student-athletes will be back in action at the Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational on Saturday at 9 a.m. Generette and Craft will play third round singles matches vs. Lorraine Guillermo and Yuki Chiang of Pepperdine, respectively. Shankle will have another match in consolation play. In doubles, Kisialeva and Shankle will play in second round action on Saturday.
