WACO, Texas - The 17th-ranked Baylor women's tennis team will close out a three-match road swing by facing No. 15 Miami on Saturday at 3 p.m. CT at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center in Coral Gables, Fla.
So far on the road trip, the Lady Bears are 1-1 with a loss to No. 3 UCLA, 4-1, and a 4-3 victory over No. 10 USC on Tuesday. BU is 10-4 overall on the year with a 2-2 mark on the road and a 6-4 record against ranked foes.
Baylor's singles lineup features three players in the ITA rankings: No. 52 Kiah Generette, No. 68 Ema Burgic and No. 122 Jordaan Sanford. The Lady Bears also have one ranked doubles pairing in No. 34 Victoria Kisialeva and Blair Shankle.
Miami is 10-2 on the season and has won its last seven matches. The Hurricanes haven't lost since Feb. 8 and downed No. 64 North Carolina State on March 9 in their last match out.
Miami has two singles players, Kelsey Laurente and Stephanie Wagner, in the ITA rankings at No. 48 and No. 61, respectively. The Hurricanes also have two doubles teams ranked in the ITA listings in 14th-ranked Monique Albuquerque and Clementina Riobueno and 31st-ranked Melissa Bolivar and Laurente.
Baylor trails in the all-time series with Miami, 6-5. The last time the two teams met, Miami claimed a 4-3 win in Waco on Feb. 23, 2013.

After the match at Miami, Baylor will return home to host No. 7 Texas A&M on Wednesday at 5 p.m. That match is designated by the USTA as a College MatchDay contest and will be broadcast on ESPN3.
