WACO, Texas - The Baylor varsity took five straight games from an alumni team in its final tune-up before the season opener Wednesday at Texas-Arlington.

Baylor won, 15-4, 15-4, 15-7, 15-10, 15-7, as Kia Young notched 22 kills, 11 digs and six blocks. Sunny Nicholas added 11 kills, four blocks, four aces and four digs to the Bears' stat sheet.

Sarah Sivertson, a senior for the Bears last year, recorded seven kills and three blocks on her former teammates.
