Volleyball to Host Summer Camps

Baylor will be hosting two volleyball camps July 12-17

WACO, Texas - In two weeks the Baylor volleyball program will hold its annual summer camps on campus including an All Skills Camp for grades 4-9 and an Elite Camp for grades 9-12. The skills camp takes place July 12-14 followed by the elite camp July 15-17.

The All Skills Camp is open to all entrants and ranges from beginning to advanced skill levels. The camp will cover all basic skills and fundamentals with opportunities for team play.

The Elite Camp is geared for the more experienced player looking for an intense, high level training experience. The camp will consist of positional and team training and ends with a camp-wide tournament.

All practice and competition sessions will be held in the athletic facilities on Baylor University's campus and all sessions will be held at the Baylor Student Life Center or Marrs Gymnasium. Participants will stay in the university dormitories, and all meals will be provided. There is also a day camper option for commute, and these campers will be provided lunch and dinner.

NOTICE!!! We can not allow you to participate unless you have given us the appropriate materials.


  • All Skill camp registration will be from 8:00am-9:00am on July 12th in Collins Hall. Camp checkout will be July 14th from 4:00pm-5:00pm.
  • Elite camp registration will be from 8:00am-9:00am on July 15th in Collins Hall. Camp checkout will be July 17th from 4:00-5:00pm.
  • All Commuters-Registration will be at the above times. Drop off will be around 9am and pick up will be around 9pm. Actual drop off and pick up times will be posted at registration.
  • For those ALREADY PREREGISTERED for early check in. Check in will be from 7-8pm in Collins Hall the evening before your scheduled camp.

    Sample Schedule: Day One- 8am registration; 10-11:15 session; 11:30-12:30 lunch; 1:15-4:45 session; 6:00 pizza/pool party; 8:30 back to dorm; 11:00 lights out

    Day Two- 7:30-8:30 breakfast; 9-11:15 session; 11:30-12:30 lunch; 1:30-4:45 session; 5:30-6:30 dinner; 7-9 tournament play; 11:00 lights out

    Day Three-7:30-8:30 breakfast; 9-11:15 tournament play; 11:30-12:30 lunch;1:15-3:30 tournament play; 3:30-4 Award Ceremony; 4pm check out of dorms
