| Contacting the Ticket Office
The Baylor Athletics Ticket Office is located in the Ferrell Center, 1900 South University Parks Drive in Waco. The office phone number is 254.710.1000, and weekday business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Central). Convenient parking for fans is located directly in front of the Ferrell Center box office. On weekdays when events are held in the Ferrell Center, the ticket office will remain open thru halftime (or the end of the second in volleyball). Please see game day operation hours below for more information.
| Game Day Operation Hours
--Baseball (Baylor Ballpark): Two hours prior to first pitch until the end of the fourth inning for single games and until the second inning of the second game for double-headers.
--Basketball (Ferrell Center): One hour prior to the scheduled tip-off thru halftime on weekends; ticket office stays open until after halftime on weekdays.
--Softball (Getterman Stadium): One hour prior to first pitch through the fourth inning for single games and through the second inning of the second game for double-headers.
--Volleyball (Ferrell Center): One hour prior to the scheduled start for competition until completion of the second set.
| Ticket Purchasing Information
The easiest way to order tickets is to use the online system at BaylorBears.com/tickets, which is available 24 hours a day. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Baylor Athletic Ticket Office or by phone at 254.710.1000. Baylor accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express for ticket purchases.
Group Tickets: Discounts for group of 20 or more are available for most Baylor sporting events. Your co-workers, valued customers, family or friends can enjoy Baylor athletics at a reduced price by purchasing group tickets. Contact the Baylor Athletics Ticket Office at 254.710.1000 for more information on group tickets.
Season Ticket Location Upgrades: Make requests during the online renewal process or on the renewal form.
| Game Day Policies
All customers, two and over, are required to have a ticket for admission to Baylor athletics events.
The "Will Call" window for the general public is located in the Ferrell Center Box Office for basketball and volleyball. "Will Call" for Baylor Ballpark and Getterman Stadium is located in the ticket trailer across from the Baylor Ballpark box office.
Tickets lost, stolen or left at home will be duplicated ONLY for the original ticket purchaser (ID required). Duplicate tickets can be picked up only at "Will Call."

| Transferring Tickets
Transferring tickets to family and friends is now easier than ever! Eliminate the need to meet face-to-face or stand in will call lines before the game to drop off or pick up extra tickets. Simply access your account online and transfer your tickets to a friend.
