The Lady Bears will host their "Sic `Em for the Cure" game against Kansas on Saturday, February 17, 2018 as part of the eleventh annual Play 4Kay® initiative. In partnership with the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) and The V Foundation for Cancer Research, Play 4Kay® is a national fundraising effort in memory of former North Carolina State University head coach Kay Yow, who was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1987 and battled the disease until 2009.

Donate to Online Auction
As part of the WBCA Play 4Kay® initiative, Baylor Athletics, in partnership with CBS College Sports, is auctioning off several items to help promote cancer awareness.
More information about the auction, including a full list of auction items, will be available online Monday, February 19. All proceeds generated by the auction will be donated to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund®. Select items will be autographed by Coach Mulkey and the Lady Bears. Play 4Kay National Free Throw Challenge
New in 2018, the Kay Yow Cancer Fund has announced an easy way for women's basketball fans across the country to raise money in support of the fight against ALL women's cancers.
You can now pledge per free throw made by the Lady Bears during the month of February, raising money for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. Team standings can be tracked on a national leader board on KayYow.com
